Thanks for posting this Brig.

 

I knew of Kelsey's name, but not his work. I looked him up on the internet tonight - he worked on many of the "classic" films including Pinocchio, Fantasia, Dumbo and Bambi. He also helped write Alice in Wonderland and Make Mine Music and he was a designer during the first few years of Disneyland's development.

 

Here is the design the Studio created in December 1941 for the 1st Marine Brigade, which was stationed in Iceland. The design shown is a Hearst gummed stamp.
