Here's the unit's authorized DI, probably came out sometime in early 50s as it is a pre 1954 Meyer Hallarked one I found to show. Uncertain of the date of the one you have mat, can we see the rear of it?

The crest I posted is not the same as the one I found on eBay. Mine didn't come off ebay. The letters EVSPB, refer to the type of pin. "European vertical safety pin back". This is an ASMIC term used in cataloging.
