I asked if it was for his party suit as a novelty, he said 'something like that.' I see shedloads of others in this design, none like this. first gulf war, maybe? comments welcome - incl. PMs.

PMs. It looks good to me. While not the 'standard' colors per se, it still looks very much like the ones in my collection. The only 'difference' I notice on it is that little red strip along the back. As for ODS, this wouldn't fall in that category as these come from the GWOT
