Gents,  

 

This is a 2nd set of wings I have come across and would like some help on. 

 

From what I have found in the archives here, (see link below). a decade or so ago it appears that the concensus was that these are post war or maybe NOS never issued.

 

I know next to nothing about these but was just wondering if I am understanding correctly or if  there has been any changes to this.

TBH, I have never been a fan of these wings with the PASQUALE maker mark. Typically the mark is PASQUALE S.F. The mark has also been abused on a series of bad wings marked "Pasquali", trying to be Pasquale. Pasquale did have some legitimate WWI and post-WWI insignia.

Just to keep this thread going:

Here´s my WW2 US Navy Warrant Officer overseas cap badge with the same PASQUALE hallmark as the above submariner´s badge......
