82nd Airborne Jump Wings and Ovals

I was pleased to recently acquire these two nice wings from a local estate.

 

Both are sterling. Note the wear to the senior parachutist wing.

 

Thoughts and comments are appreciated.

The best way to date a wing is by looking at the back of it. From what I can see from the front, they look like post WWII insignia. The ovals look the same for guys serving in the 50's as they do when serving in the 1970's. If the guy was jump qualified in the early 50's, he may not have made Senior level until the 1960's.
