Airborne-Hunter Posted February 12, 2019 Share #1 Posted February 12, 2019 I recently picked this up direct from the family. He arrived in Korea in the 2nd half of 1951. He drove a truck for war, probably explaining why his helmet is so clean. Some of the items came with some notes including that he began picking up signatures on the flag in 1951. The knife is a WW2 USMC blade with custom handle but the sheath was added later. Came with a Randall too (not shown). Been running the names on the flag, but seems everyone has already passed.
