644td Posted February 12, 2019 Share #3 Posted February 12, 2019 Love to be sitting at that table. A picture that will be hard to take in a few years. Marty
suwanneetrader Posted February 13, 2019 Author Share #4 Posted February 13, 2019 Sorry my flip phone took a fuzzy picture but it is old like me. Bob the PT Boat gunner lives alone. The USAF KW Vet is the Father of the Marine and they live together in a large house. You are right as the WWII Vets get fewer every day. There was also John a Army VN Vet that also ate there as he lived alone behind the restaurant and walked 6 miles every morning even tho he had a bad leg and used a cane. About 2 weeks ago he was crossing a busy 4 lane road and was hit by a wreckless driver and killed instantly. Richard
