ww1 Old Hickory 30th Division tunic and hat

Here is a neat tunic recently picked up. This one has an infantry patch and a chevron on the right sleeve and two service chevrons on the left sleeve. The hat was stuffed in the pocket.

Nice find, I rarely see stuff from the 30th Infantry Division come up for sale. The only piece I was able to find was a 30th ID uniform from WWII. I always thought they were an interesting unit, and I think they gained more recognition after Fury was released. I would love to find a WWII 30th ID uniform grouping for my collection.

VERY COOL! Thanks for sharing. I always thought it interesting that the 30th division patch was sometimes side-ways in WWI compared to WWII and into modern times.
