Thought I would share this here - dont see to many of them. Almost seems to be pre production MBU-12 type mask. More photos to be posted below.

I don't know a lot about these other than they are rare. I believe this is one of the ones pictured on Salimbeti's site.

I think this is actually another example of this mask - the ones on Salimbeti's site either have a later rubber hose or no mini regulator.
