1canpara Posted January 2, 2019 Share #1 Posted January 2, 2019 I picked up this strange looking flight helmet and Im looking for any advice or information as to what nationality it might be etc. The guy I got it from is based in the Netherlands. With the neck protector flap it appears that it may have been used in a tropical environment, maybe the Mediterranean or N. Africa, possible Burma or the Far East. The label is totally washed out and unreadable. Theres a lace up seam that runs from back to front, very unusual. The material is a heavy duck cotton or light canvas. Anyone have any ideas?
