Army phonograph MC-364-D

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, a local record store I frequent found this picking up dust in the back of their store recently. It was tested and works great but I wasn’t really sure on the date or value of this specific version of the issued record players. Right now the offer I’ve been given is 150. The outside is a little rough but the I thought the fact that it plays was more important. Any help is appreciated.
Sorry for the awkward photos, the space was tight.

Tube driven I assume?

Might be able to source new tubes when needed at:

https://www.thetubestore.com/

(this is where I get tubes for my guitar amps)

Meeting with the guy tomorrow about this one, one final question is if anyone knows the date on this model? I’ve heard late WWII but also 1950s.
