Thank you, yes I did find this bit of info. But thats it so far. The grouping came directly from his widow before she passed away. She took it to a great shop in Columbus Georgia, right next to Ft. Benning, Columbus Armory, David Brady is the owner operator.

David is an exemplary guy with years of experience and knowledge. Ive been privileged to know him as a friend for 20 years.

Thank you for the information!!

Different guy...?

If you believe his DD-214 and his birthdate on the headstone, he enlisted when he was 12 years old, LOL..

If its the same guy, something got crossed up somewhere....

Captainofthe7th

He is on the 2d Ranger Co. roster for Korea. His enlistment (reenlistment in 1946 as a Corporal) record shows 1920 birth year. I do not see a Morse that received the DSC. I suspect the gravestone may not be correct for some reason?

A very nice group with an excellent showcase in career progression from SFC up to Sgt Maj on those green uniforms. The 2d Company connection makes it a real gem.

Do you have a copy of the 2nd Ranger Co roster you could send me? Ive looked for the Korean War Ranger Companies website but its been taken down for some reason.

Thank You!!

What makes you think he was in an AA unit in WW2?

He has 2 combat jump stars. WW2?

But his discharge says nothing about being jump qualified.

Could he have been 82nd A/B
