The Hawaiian Division was formed in 1921 primarily utilizing the assets of the 11th Infantry Division. One of the major support elements of the square division, separated into two brigades, was the 11th Medical Regiment established in 1922 at Schofield Barracks, T.H. This postal cover celebrates their 15th anniversary with the Hawaiian Division. They never made it to their 20th anniversary as they were disbanded on October 1st, 1941 when the Division was broken up to form the 24th and 25th Infantry Divisions. The assets of the 11th Med.
