It looks like there hasn’t been much activity in this thread for a while. I’m going to try to create

some renewed interest in this topic by posting photos from my collection.

I'll add more badges as time allows.

I should have made some comments on the badges.

I don't have photos of the backs, so please don't ask.

The 6th Div badge is from about 1920.

The 25th Div. badge is post WWII - Japan Occupation

The numbered badge is from the 37th Div. - 1940

Having started off as a MP, I had no idea that there was such an array of badges! Very impressive collection. Jack

Thank you Jack - there's a lot more coming.

Auxiliary Military Police hat badge. Auxiliary MPs were not actually Military Police, but civilian plant and facility guards

placed under military control. The Navy had similar civilian guards under Dept. of the Navy control. They were called

Coast Guard Police.

Implementation Force ( IFOR ) was a NATO -led multinational peace enforcement force in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 20 December

1995 to 20 December 1996 under the codename Operation Joint Endeavour. These badges were issued by the United Nations to all Military Police units participating in the operation. The United States never authorized the badge for U.S. troops, so they just became nothing more

than souvenirs.
