Afghan Local Police Special Operations Advisory Cell

Hi all,

 

The conflict in Afghanistan has given rise to a variety of specialized units, including this one.

I received these items over the course of a year from a couple of contacts in Kabul.

A quick search of this unit doesn't turn up anything useful, so I was wondering if anyone else here knows more about the ALP SOAC.

This is the only thing that I found while looking up the unit:

"I have a group of soldiers, sailors, and Marines that are all affiliated with Special Operations.

We are a special operations advisory cell(SOAC)"

There is one profile on Linkedin saying that the guy worked as deputy director, Afghan Local Police Special Operations Advisory Cell at NSOCC-A/SOJTF-A.
