CombatEng44 Posted October 24, 2018 Share #1 Posted October 24, 2018 I have 100 rounds of 50 cal APIT Ammo in boxes of 10 rds each(10 boxes) Came from the Twin Cities Arsenal The one I pulled out had a 1952 date. Red tipped, of course. I'm probably going to take them to the big "Gun Day" Show in Louisville this weekend and was wondering what price I should expect from them. 100% of ammo people I've spoken to says at least $4.00 each as a minimum with some going way up there. Also, you think I should sell as a "lot" or by the box? Thanks for any input! We have 3 tables for the show but no idea where we are. Hope to see some friends. silverplate Posted October 25, 2018 Share #2 Posted October 25, 2018 Steve, I bought an unopened box of WW2 Remington 50 cal. API last year at Knob Creek for $40. Yours should be worth at least that much, if the box and label are intact. Sealed boxes add to the value to collectors. Hope this helps. CombatEng44 Posted November 2, 2018 Author Share #3 Posted November 2, 2018 Thanks Charlie, You have helped a lot with the pricing. I've taken the boxes and wrapped each one with plastic wrap to protect the boxes. I plan to offer them for $45 each at the TMCA Show in a few weeks.
