Brig...get a table...they are $15...you can sell some extras...

Thought about it, but then I'm stuck at the table and I don't have a bunch to sell anyway

  • 2 weeks later...

Gotta say, the Sunday of daylight savings time might not be the best choice in the future...wonder how many people are going to sleep in and miss it

Another great show. Thanks to everyone who organized and helped set up. Good steady crowd the whole time. Enjoyed catching up with everyone. See you 3 Feb 2019!!!

Great question. Thanks for asking. Buyers and sellers actually start coming in at 0700 and it will run to 1200/1300. From the organizer/helper/seller perspective most want to get home without getting caught up in the Northern Va/DC traffic and get ready for the work week. Buyers and sellers come from NC, Md, Pa, etc. If you would you like to see it go longer? I can always ask.

Good show today...bought a truck load of good stuff.

We do start at 7am and earlier...it's in the vein of the old Ft.Belvoir show...very succinct..

We go at it hard and quick...folks are normally finished up in the noon timeframe...some hang longer. Most of the public starts rolling out in the same time frame as the dealers. As Jeff said...its that N.VA/DC that we are trying to get a head start...

Yea, the old Belvoir show was great, remember the Dumfries show? Same idea, about half a day. People brought money and spent it, very few “ be back” and tire kickers, serious collectors. Made more $$$$ in 4-5 hours than 2 day shows.
