skir Posted September 28, 2018 #1 Posted September 28, 2018 Had these for a few Years and just came across them again. Got these from a coworker whos Father was a USAF C-130 Crew Chief and was given to him by a Cambodian solider who was grabbing crates as soon as they were rolled down the ramp. Anyway I know what the flag is but have no idea what unit the scarf ( i assume it a scarf) represents. I like it as is hand drawn on a section of burlap with a patch sewn on. If anyone has an idea, please chime in.
badash5946 Posted September 29, 2018 #2 Posted September 29, 2018 I unfortunately do not know what the drawing represents, but I do like that flag. What size is it? it's beautiful.
Longhorn92 Posted October 8, 2018 #3 Posted October 8, 2018 According to Conboy's book, the patch is for FANK 2 Special Brigade, which formed part of 14 Brigade Group. There is no mention of an Airborne capability.
bryang Posted October 19, 2018 #5 Posted October 19, 2018 Hand-drawn Parachute Wings are shaped like French, understandable in Southeast Asia.
vintageproductions Posted October 20, 2018 #6 Posted October 20, 2018 The hand drawn wings are Cambodian
