Hello dear fellow members!

 

My name is Claudia and I am a digital artist specializing on old photo restoration and colourization.

 

I believe that seeing old photos in color for the first time makes it easy to imagine we could all have been part of a world that we’ve never even seen. It literally changes our perspective of history. I also believe it brings the memories of the ones pictured to life.

 

Because my work is digital, I am fortunate to be able to work for clients around the globe :-) .

 

Many of the colourizations I'm commissioned to do are military. I am have a wide resource of British, Commonwealth, French and German uniform experts, whom I call upon when identifying the colours of uniform's, paraphernalia and medals; however the same is not the case with US. I am hoping that by joining this forum I will be able to learn more about US military uniforms

Not sure what happened to her links and while I do not see her posting on Twitter much, she still has a web site.   There is a link to the site from her Twitter account. Hope the copy and paste job I've added works.

 

She colorized a couple pieces for me and I couldn't be happier. Very talented.
