Edelweisse Posted September 15, 2018 Share #1 Posted September 15, 2018 Hi Folks: I recently attended an estate sale and picked up this medical bag. My limited research...M3 bag? When I got home and opened the bag & pulled out the contents...I found a mix 1942, 1952 & 1961 bandages & tape...most with stock numbers but most with Federal Stock Numbers...and pins, scissors, and thermometer, etc... Edelweisse Posted June 6, 2020 Author Share #10 Posted June 6, 2020 That’s what I thought as I was going thru everything...it has a “mix” of everything a medic or service member might need for a medical emergency situation. Thanks for your comments...I recall the estate sale I attended was for a retired US Army soldier...found a lot of “stuff”.
Survival Posted June 7, 2020 Share #11 Posted June 7, 2020 Missing a few items and one or two might not have been on the official inventory in the bag now. FYI there was recently a post on the forum by a member looking for one of these kits.

Do you happen to have a copy of the Component List for the 1950's Unit One / M-3 Medic Bag? I have one for the 1960's era dated 1 August 1965. I need a copy for a 1950's set that I am putting together. Thanks for your assistance.
