What time frame are you going for?

Mid war or end of war going home etc?

Typically there may be a good conduct,American Theatre.Possibley a American Defense if the individual served on active duty between September 8, 1939 and December 7, 1941.

The victory could be worn if displaying his discharge uniform

If no combat patch (meaning he was overseas in an Air Force. IE 5th Air Force, 11th Air Force, 9th Air Force etc etc, and came home and was assigned to a unit of the 2nd Air Force before discharge) than what Doyler stated. If there is a combat patch that changes everything, campaign ribbon, even valor award ribbons come into play.
