Has what appears to be the Arc de Triomphe on it. The only info I have is the lady's aunt served as a surgical nurse in WW 2. It may not be US, if not I apologize but this is out of my collecting area and I'm trying to help a friend out. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Do an internet search on French anti aircraft or searchlight unit insignia.

I did kick around a bit with that earlier, no luck.

The small badge in the base is for the Fr Republican Guard (this is not a US insignia) I found a Fr AAA insignia that also had the letters DCA, but cannot find an answer for the letters nor can I find any help w/ a translation. DCA does not translate into either AAA or searchlight. Perhaps one of our Fr members can answer.

It did some more looking. It appears ten DCA is for Defense Contre les Avions. As this is obviously not US, mods can feel free to lock it. I appreciate the reply!
