ScottG Posted November 19, 2020 Share #52 Posted November 19, 2020 Its an interesting pic as he appears to be 126th Inf out of the Michigan National Guard. Lots of overseas stripes but no CIB? Maybe a band hat or possibly some version of the Michigan Military Academy? 126th was a unit that saw a huge amount of action so for an infantry soldier it seems odd to not see a CIB and his brass is clearly infantry. I got a portion of a Great War jacket one time, and still have some of the fabric pieces! Prize possessions!
