Possible Liberty Bell shell?

A friend showed me this listing from Facebook nearby, the seller only posted the pictures I will show, but to me it's not what's listed. Frankly I think it could be any number of helmets, but knowing the well seasoned collectors that are here, could anyone help me figure out what it is?

Look at what the guy on the left is wearing. It looks an awful lot like what you have posted.

It is a post-SWW British Mk IV Helmet.

It appears to me to be a British mkIV with added insignia.

Looks like someone just glued a Soviet cap badge to an old Brit tortoise shell.
