BY the type backing of this patch, What era would this patch be from?

This was made by Duck Embroidery, outside the base at Yakota, Japan. They are known for their stiff backs like this. It would be late 60s to early 70s. Later they were one of the first Japanese shops to use a merrowed edge, making patches like that into the 70s and maybe later.
