Navy EOD patch and tab, where and when?

There came together mixed in a small lot with some other random Navy and Marine Corps insignia. I was hoping someone might be able to help in narrowing down the vintage of these-maybe they are older, maybe they are newer. The EOD tab certainly has a very distinct hand embroidery style so that might help. The other navy insignia in the lot, mainly sleeve rates and collar ranks, seemed to date to from WW II vintage through present day so that didn't help much

Tab is a nchs repro and the patch doesn’t look good either imho

Thank you militarypicker1941, I think you nailed it. The auction history shows he sold one back in 2016. I almost have to wonder if this is the one he sold
