Jumpin Jack Posted July 10, 2018 Share #1 Posted July 10, 2018 I have just acquired a very nice grouping belonging to a 1st Cav Div WWI Vet. He has two CIB's, one simply marked Sterling, but it is the other that I need to know about. Every appearance of this badge indicates WWII era. The markings are as follows: GI ANTAYA (no sterling mark.) Help would be greatly appreciated. Jack
gomorgan Posted July 10, 2018 Share #2 Posted July 10, 2018 Jack I think you can google Antaya and pull up their information, they're a post war producer of insignia if memory serves correctly...You've got a great Collection George
Nebelhund Posted July 11, 2018 Share #3 Posted July 11, 2018 Yep, definitely post WWII. Good for filler, or when it comes with a vet's grouping of course!

They are pretty common, if you post pics I can tell the date but it should like yours is probably 70s
