I have just acquired a very nice grouping belonging to a 1st Cav Div WWI Vet. He has two CIB's, one simply marked Sterling, but it is the other that I need to know about. Every appearance of this badge indicates WWII era. The markings are as follows: GI ANTAYA (no sterling mark.) Help would be greatly appreciated. Jack

Jack I think you can google Antaya and pull up their information, they're a post war producer of insignia if memory serves correctly...You've got a great Collection George

Many thanks for the help. After over 70 years of collecting, I still have a lot to learn. Jack

I have one of these as well that also says 1/20 silver filled. Are they hard to come by?

They are pretty common, if you post pics I can tell the date but it should like yours is probably 70s
