WWII U.S. Army Axis Uniform Manuals Info sought.

I trying to find info on these, where they TMs or FMs, or just individual plates/posters, I seem to recall having the one on the German Army years and years and years ago,like 1971-74, this being something that was brought home from the war by one of my Father's Brothers, can't remember if it was a booklet or not. There were Axis uniforms from the various Axis countries, with the various branches therein.

 

The drawings are like these, in this case one for the Lutfwaffe. So can anyone know and help?

Thanks rd, I think these were booklets, color booklets?, will try to look around, but it's difficult. Reason why I'm asking is I would love to buy them, the key is getting the right title, I sure Ebay or Amazon would have them.

See here's a page/plate of the Army one, there's Italian's too, Japanese as well, there might of been secondary axis allies, like Hungaria, Finland, Bulgaria etc.

 

They all have this characteristic drawing, very angular, face shadowing etc.

Patches, I looked at the TM closer and the faces do appear to be different than the plate you first posted.

Are these in smaller booklets would you know, the other Axis Forces too, the one I used to have I seem to recall was a small booklet, without all the narrative, and information on weapons and stuff, like no photos of weaponry etc.

Here is one I have.Appears to pre date the color plate maunuals.

 

There is a series of the war maps that show the color uniforms.I think I have the Luftwaffe one.

 

The book shows various rank insignias,flags,insignias etc.

 

Looking at it I see many of these plates were used in the early german referance books as well.

Here is a German booklet that was brought home by a veteran. Similar to what you may have recalled?? This was a small pocket sized booklet that had information about the Heer, NSDAP, SS, and other organizations within the Third Reich.. There are several variations..

No this was a U.S. Army, maybe U.S. Armed Forces thing.

Here are some that came with Grant Powers items he was a USMC Combat Artist. They have the date of 1943 at the bottom . Looks like they were in some type of binder at some point. There was also some big posters like these but I did not win those.
