Hello collectors! Just got this email from Dean Becker who does the Lakeland show in spring!!!

Hello to everyone,

I am forwarding information to all of you for new start-up militaria and gun show that will be held in Chardon, Ohio. Please see below.

Title: Militaria & Gun Show

Sponsor: American Legion Post 167

Location: VFW Post 6519

752 Water Street (route 6)

Chardon, Ohio 44024

Hours: Friday, Aug 3rd, 3:00PM to 7:00PM

Saturday, Aug 4th, 10:00AM to 6:00PM

Admission: $5.00 adults, $3.00 veterans

Dealer Information

Dealers can set up tables from 12:00 to 3:00PM Friday

8 foot tables cost $20.00 each

Site will be secured Friday night

Extra parking is available across the street at Sage's Apples

weapons only WWII or earlier – no modern weapons – weapons tie-wrapped or trigger lock

Since this is the first that we've heard about it, I wonder how much advertising the show has had with only a month to go? If they have fliers, we could pass them out at any shows we attend before the show dates. I don't see it listed on any of the show sites. Dave

Dean's military show in Kirtland, Oh at Lakeland Community College is once a year in March. I think this is a new show. I also would be interested in the number of tables, and other information if it is available. Thanks, Dave

Just found out the show will be about 40 tables and all the proceeds will go to support the American Legion Boy's & Girl's State Program. Flyers will be going out this week for distribution. Smaller show but you never know what will turn up.
