Can you help to confirm an ID on this DI?

I am organizing my Illinois pieces and have had this DI for a number of years. I had marked it as the 381st Engineer Regiment. I have misplaced my references for the moment. Can someone confirm that this is indeed the DI for the 381st Engineer Regiment. In addition if there is any information on this unit, particularly if it has an Illinois unit connection. It is not shown as being part of the 33rd or 86th Division, both of which are Illinois connected. the Di is pinback and Robbins marked on reverse. thanks in advance for any and all help

In the ASMIC Engineers Distinctive Insignia book, this is the 381st Eng. The book indicates IL OR.
