Date of this raised meyer shield qual badge

I'm wondering if anyone can give me the date of this. The only hallmark is a raised meyer shield.

You have to post a better picture of the shield itself. Can't tell much. Also does the pin turn 180 or 90 degrees?

Looks ok to me. Hard to exactly date. Could be late ww2 to early 50s.

Here's a better picture. The pin opens to 45 degrees.

For me this looks like a really nice example. I'd have no problems suggesting it was a genuine WW2 vintage item (or possibly as late as KW as mentioned above).
