644td Posted March 24, 2018 Share #1 Posted March 24, 2018 I've had this helmet for years. I know that some believe decals are post war but I believe this is a Camp Hood early days helmet. This was not my grandfathers helmet but the picture of my grandfather shows 1917 helmets in use during Camo Hoods inception. 644td Posted March 24, 2018 Author Share #5 Posted March 24, 2018 Thanks Mike, the helmet is one that I have that is really different and one that can make someone stare and say that it is a one of a kind Helmet but at the same time it can scare people because of the unknown. TLHSS Posted March 24, 2018 Share #6 Posted March 24, 2018 No issues with this helmet. I have a similar one with the standard armor branch decal on front. Thanks for posting ... Tim
