For what it's worth I was Team Sgt., on ODA 733 when Rick Karas received the plaque. He was a good guy. As I recall he got the plaque in Honduras, or Panama from the ODA members in 1988, or 89. For translation of the Spanish words, you might refer to "Google Translate". LOL! But it's a legit piece of ODA militaria. SKIP
