What is this Gentex Helmet Liner, Similar to CVC helmet liner

Very strange. The velcro where it looks like removable earcups would go and that back neck strap looks very similar to an HGU 56 type helmet. Maybe gentex thought of using that same system in CVC helmets?

I am not familiar with the HGU 56, sounds like a good lead, do you have a picture of the strap on the HGU 56? I looked for one online but was unable to find one. Thanks!
