pzjgr Posted March 6, 2018 Share #1 Posted March 6, 2018 So, I found this what I think has to be a pretty rare piece of aviation history...it is the Antenna Control for the APG-41 radar, which was used by the B-36 and early B-52 tail gunners. You can actually see it in one of the pictures of the B-36 tail gunners station in the B-36 in Detail and Scale publication... This one came out locally in the DFW area, so it makes sense it surfaced here, where the B-36 was built.... It's in nice shape, and has a nice data plate attached, just thinks its really cool, especially since the B-36 was such a BEAST! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
