Randy Posted March 1, 2018 Share #5 Posted March 1, 2018 Looks Thai to me as well. In the 60s-70s the AF had Quality Control (later Quality Assurance). These folks were hand selected and worked directly for the head of aircraft maintenance. They ensured compliance with safety and technical directives. The 2 objects on either side of the flashlight are probably Technical Order binders. Most likely made for one of the Thai based fighter or bomber wings.
