Easy502 Posted February 14, 2018 Share #1 Posted February 14, 2018 Hello, just acquired these two large tins. Both were found in a barn at Carentan (Normandy) in 1987 by a friend of mine who kept them until a few days ago. They were never opened. Of course, I know the British one (at right) packed in January 1944, still full. But I've never seen the US Army Coffee one (at left). Does anybody know this tin or have any information about it ? As the British one, it was never opened. Thanks in advance. Easy502

BEAST Posted February 14, 2018 Share #4 Posted February 14, 2018 Cool looking tins! I think the R&G stands for roasted and ground.
