Navy Rates Recent find, Not sure as to material

Hello, I recently acquired a large group of rates and I do not know much about them... There are two distinctive types of cloth and I also have hash marks made of the same material. Any input including value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Keith I will load in some individual shots shortly (still learning the site)

Looks like newer made rates on a dark blue twill. I know there are some Navy collectors on here, so I am sure they can help.

Appreciate that and will see who else chimes in... I have boxes of these with many different specialties, The eagle is metal thread and there is some metal in the gold also...

If the fabris is double-knit, they were made in the 1970s. Other than that they are still in use. The PO1 rate runs about $12 in the exchange and the Master Chief is about $20 new in the exchange.
