I'm not a patch guy but this was good looking, cheap and interesting. It's triangular generally and about 3" on a side. A nice eagle on top, the date 1939 in the center, USNA below that and "What About Thirtee Nine" in a "U" shape at the bottom. It's a done in gold bullion on a black background and thirtee is the way it's spelled. It was sold a US Naval Academy patch. I can't find anything on it. Does this ring a bell to anyone?
