Need an ID: VN 27th Chemical Detachment

Does anyone know exactly what the unit designation is on this one.It looks 27th CHFM detachment but nothing comes up for that unit.It should be a Combat Helicopter Field Maintenance detachment by the letters.Any and all help is appreciated.Scotty

Scotty - Looks like it is the 27th CHEM Detachment, which was part of the 196th LIB.

That's what it is...found in in DA Pamph 672.3 Campaign Credit Register page 28

I was the commanding officer of the 27th Chemical Detachment from Oct 1969 to Sep 1970 and I've never seen that patch.
