'Flage Guy Posted August 1, 2010 Share #27 Posted August 1, 2010 Marine Corps Pack Carriers featured 3 rows of attachment slits for capacity adjustment; if attached through either of the 2 upper rows, the lower D-rings could be inserted through the next lower row for more convenient securing of the Shoulder Straps than on the Army's version.
