katieony Posted December 22, 2017 Share #1 Posted December 22, 2017 Here is an interesting WWII "V" for Victory license plate topper. It measures approximately 5.75 inches tall by 4 inches wide at its widest point. It was designed and manufactured by the Mayer Manufacturing Company of Chicago Illinois. License plate toppers were popular during the 1930's and 40's.

General Colt Posted December 22, 2017 Share #4 Posted December 22, 2017 Really cool piece. I have seen a few of these over the years but have been priced much more than what they were worth. (I even found one at an antique store for $200! )
