Warrantw5 Posted December 20, 2017 Share #1 Posted December 20, 2017 I recently purchased a WW2 Vet's grouping on EBay that had a mint duffle bag. I thought it may have been a new reproduction due to the condition, but many of the other items are also in excellent condition and appear original. The bag is marked with the typical US and is also marked "Manufactured 1945 Fraser Products Company". I will post photos of some of the items once I am off new guy probation and can post more. Are Fraser manufactured duffle bags commander? Thanks.
General Colt Posted December 20, 2017 Share #2 Posted December 20, 2017 I believe this is an original company. Stewart's Military Antiques has a 1942 Shelter Half from Fraser. I also found a duffle bag from 1944 made by Fraser. I am also not aware of any reproduction companies that use the name "Fraser" on their equipment. Warrantw5 Posted December 20, 2017 Author Share #3 Posted December 20, 2017 Thanks very much. It appears original and is a good match for most of the other items, the condition is just nicer than most of the 70 year old items I have. This stuff is very addictive. General Colt Posted December 21, 2017 Share #4 Posted December 21, 2017 No joke. Very addictive. I have been collecting for only 4 years and have a rather big collection by my standards.
