Could you post additional photos of the entire uniform as you can't tell if the lower pockets were moved to the arms and could you also post a close up of the Trident. So far I found three current and former Navy Seals with the last name of Cummings.

Thanks for the additional photos so the lower pockets were removed but not attached to the sleeves. Checking the Internet I found Lance Cummings, TC Cummings, Jamey Cummings, Dean Cummings and Joe Cummings who were all Navy Seals. Nice uniform pick up.
