Major1863 Posted November 16, 2017 Share #1 Posted November 16, 2017 Picked up these today. A pair of civil war artillery epaulettes for first lieutenant. They were made by Tiffany and Co. New York and all the parts are there. They are my first pair to be in my civil war collection. They have some condition issues but I'm happy with them.
