chris3bs Posted November 6, 2017 Share #1 Posted November 6, 2017 Wondering how collectible navy diver certificates are. IMO just being certified in being a navy salvage diver is rare. I found a 1972 named navy savalage diver certificateon regular air at 200 feet. My question is it worth getting?

vietvet7071 Posted November 7, 2017 Share #3 Posted November 7, 2017 My opinion regarding the subject certificate: Is it reasonably priced? Would you get it for it's potentional value or military historical value? Just a couple of things to ponder.
chris3bs Posted November 7, 2017 Author Share #4 Posted November 7, 2017 Thanks. Just thinking being a diver how special of a profession it is. I am sure in their profession they were involved in alot of recoveries of ships, boats, and the people on them. Even rescues..

deadpeoplesjunk Posted November 23, 2017 Share #6 Posted November 23, 2017 Older ones are good. I especially look for wwii or earlier but like them all up through Nam. There isn't a lot if competition buying them when they turn up, but I've had to pay a few bucks for the older ones if they are submarine salvage.
