It is of the same pattern as the Army version with the turtle neck head opening and feels like the lightweight nylon poncho. Here is where it gets a bit strange. I found a white stamp in the corner that states that it is a Nylon poncho, Vinyl coated. If you look at the general outline of the last figures of the bottom line it could be a 44. The interior of the neck is sewn and not rubber cemented like the others I have and the snaps are NOT the traditional double sided snaps but a one sided domed snap in black.
