I put up some more shelves to display the rifle grenades. The hand grenades are next.

Hi Robin,

When you look around alone in your space what item do you look at the most? Do you have a favorite item

or grouping that you enjoy the most. This is the way a collector would display, excelent job.

Robert

I've been thinking about your question for the last few days. I don't think that I have a favorite item.

WOW, I do not think that there is a word that can even describe your collection, not to mention your building and the display. I am new to the forum. (I'm a U.S. pre-ww1/ww1 webgear and M1911 collector.) I would love to see some closs-ups of your pre-ww1/ww1 gear and any M1911's if its possible. IT's truely AMAZING!!!

What a treat and thank you so much for sharing your amazing collection. My son and I are just getting started and your collection is truly inspiring. I have to go now and burn my man card, according to my 13 year after he reviewed this thread I know longer deserve the card. :crying:

That's a 40 pound cratering charge, not a still.

Did you planned to pay someone for cleaning off the inevitable dust? Or simply do you appointed Carol to do that?

What a jaw dropping collection!! My hat is off to you. What an understanding wife you must have as well. But I suppose that she knows where to find you if you are needed.

Impressive isn't the word.

Well, I work in a sheet metal shop as a fabricator...

Stop fabricating Robin, and become a tour guide in your own museum!! :)

Hello Robin, thanks for sharing more pictures with us. As usual, great stuff in incredible condition. Can you please post another picture of the CS-34 pouch in od n°3 web that is between the leather and the od n°7 pouches. I have never seen one in the color and wonder if it is official or "rigger" made by some ingenious soldier. Laurent

Also Robin, what is the black "thing" on the same shelf next to the leather BAR pouches.

And the item on the corner on the shelf of your second picture, some kind of tool?

Thanks for your time
