vintageproductions Posted October 15, 2017 #1 Posted October 15, 2017 Not much at Long Beach today but was happy with what I found. This was probably the best piece today, 316th Sanitary Train, 91st Division, camo trench art helmet. Not sure if the photos will do it justice but the collar discs attached to the helmet are cool.
Teamski Posted October 15, 2017 #2 Posted October 15, 2017 Now that is pretty unique! No faking that! -Ski
katieony Posted October 15, 2017 #4 Posted October 15, 2017 A very unique helmet...congrats on a really great find!
Costa Posted October 15, 2017 #5 Posted October 15, 2017 YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO FIND WHEN LEAST EXPECTED. NICE

USMC-RECON0321 Posted October 15, 2017 #11 Posted October 15, 2017 Love it, Folk Art and Militaria all rolled up in one.
gwb123 Posted October 15, 2017 #12 Posted October 15, 2017 Looks like you are missing one of the collar discs. Take it back and demand your money be returned.
Cap Camouflage Pattern I Posted October 16, 2017 #13 Posted October 16, 2017 Very unique, and in a good way!
huntssurplus Posted October 16, 2017 #14 Posted October 16, 2017 Very cool and original piece. Thanks for sharing. Hunt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
David D Posted October 16, 2017 #15 Posted October 16, 2017 Wow, that's one of the best trench art helmets I've ever seen.
Bugme Posted October 17, 2017 #16 Posted October 17, 2017 I have only seen three like this in all my years of helmet collecting Bob and one of those was in a book. Very Nice!
rhill13 Posted October 17, 2017 #17 Posted October 17, 2017 Reminds me of a jingasa samurai helmet Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
vintageproductions Posted October 17, 2017 Author #18 Posted October 17, 2017 Thanks everyone. The only downfall is the liner is missing, but I am pretty sure I don't need it to put on a shelf......
