OD-Blue-Top Posted October 13, 2017 Share #1 Posted October 13, 2017 I need some help with this bag. By the printing on the flap I am assuming it belonged to a soldier with initials H.W.S. in the 316th Field Signal Bn. I want to display this in our local Veterans Memorial Hall in an exhibit, as we are commemorating the 100th anniversary of WWI. This was in group of military items from an old county museum that was closed years ago. I would like to know what this bag was used for, and if anyone has access to rosters from this unit, I would certainly like to know the soldiers name. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
